SPECIAL INTRODUCTORY FUNERAL INSURANCE OFFER FOR INTERNET APPLICANTS

To celebrate the launching of our revamped website we are happy to announce that we will pay the first $30 of premiums on all new applications for Sureplan Family Fund, received via the internet, until 15 December 2009.

To apply, simply download the Sureplan Family Fund Disclosure Document and complete the application and direct debit request contained in that Document.  Queensland residents will also need to download and complete a Client Care Statement.

The completed documentation needs to be mailed to Sureplan, Reply Paid 899, Spring Hill Qld 4004.
